C++ Rant #1

a is an integer:

int a;

b is a pointer to an integer:

int * b;

c is an array of five integers:

int c[5];

We could also declare these like this:

typedef int alias_for_int;
alias_for_int a;

typedef int * pointer_to_int;
pointer_to_int b;

typedef int array_of_five_ints[5];
array_of_five_ints c;

Knowing all this, what is d?

int * d[5];
